[Delivery inquiry] When will it be delivered?

If you order now, it will be shipped within 3 business days.

[Payment inquiry] In the case where the deposit has been completed but the order is canceled

The order will be processed within 1 to 2 hours after the deposit is completed.

However, the order may be canceled in the following cases.

1. Where the name of the depositor in the order is different from the actual name of the depositor

2. If your account number is entered incorrectly

3. When there is a difference between the actual deposit required amount and the deposit completed amount

4. If you order multiple products under the same name at once

PHYTOFLAKE offers Free Shipping world wide on all orders over $100. Orders are usually delivered in 5-7 business days. For all orders under $100, shipping cost is $ 9.


PHYTOFLAKE.comoffers several shipping options:

•Free Standard Ground Shipping •Express Shipping (at extra costs - check rates at checkout based on service & location)


From Monday to Friday, orders confirmed before 11:00 a.m. (CET) are handled during the same day. If your order is confirmed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays in South Korea, it is going to be handled on the Monday or the first working day after. 


Please note that standard shipments can occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.


On this store we cannot accept orders to ship to countries other than the above listed, however there are several other online stores that cover many other countries. To change the country of the store go to the menu of the website or the footer of the website to change the country.

Shipments to Post Office mailboxes are not possible. Orders to these addresses will be automatically cancelled. 


Shipping for custom orders requires more time. Please allow up to 5 days prior to shipping.


Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email specifying what carrier was used along with the corresponding tracking number. Please note that items in your order may ship from multiple locations and can occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
